3. Size, Color, Gold Leaf, Silver, and Dimensions ?

The average size quarterboard falls between 2.5 – 4 ft long and 4 – 7in wide, however, we make signs up to 8ft and as small as 1ft. Benjamin Moore color options can be found HERE, Historical Nantucket Colors HERE, and what we have already in stock HERE. We offer Gold Leaf options as well as Gold paint, both carry a separate price depending on size of the area to be gilded.

4. Turnaround time for quarterboard orders?

Turnaround times is dependent on design complexity, size, and current workload. Our standard production time for quarterboards is usually 2-5 weeks and less for other signage. Rush options are available for an additional fee.

5. Can we see a mock up / sketch for a sign?

Absolutely! Contact us to with your design needs. Keep in mind colors may not look exact because computer screens use RGB color palate which is not the full spectrum.

6. Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we offer professional installation services for all of our signs at a small additional fee.

7. Can I schedule a visit to your workshop or gallery?

We only accept shop and gallery consultation visits by appointment. Get in contact with us to schedule a time.

8. Can you handle large-scale signage projects for weddings, events, or corporate businesses?

We have experience working on projects of all sizes, from small business signs to large-scale corporate and event signage. Contact us to discuss your specific project requirements.

9. Care for and maintain my sign?

Cleaning with mild soap and water is recommended for most signs. Taking them inside for the winter is also recommended but not necessary.

10. Can you replicate existing signage or branding for my business?

We have produced and made replicas for numerous businesses and home signs. Provide us with a photo and dimensions of the sign, length, width, and font if possible and our design team will be in contact.

11. Are your signs weather-resistant?

Yes, our signs have been tested in the toughest stormy salt weather gale force wind conditions, on Nantucket Island. We use the best materials to make your quarterboard durable and weather-resistant to ensure the longevity.

12. Do you ship?

Yes, we offer national shipping mostly through UPS. International shipping through DHL. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or text with a picture of the shipping receipt that includes the tracking number.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Cash, money order, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and cryptocurrency.

14. Color matching services?

Yes, with a downpayment we can come to your home with our color wheel to match a specific color.

15. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we provide discounts for bulk or large-scale orders. Contact us to discuss your project, and we can provide a customized quote based on your quantity.

16. What is your warranty policy?

We stand by the quality of our products. If for some reason your sign has a problem, we will do our best to fix the issue or come to a fair solution in a timely manner.
